About Denise

Her advocacy spans diverse realms, from championing the rights of Liberian TPS holders to providing a voice for victims of domestic abuse. Collaborating with various organizations, Denise has been instrumental in driving legislative change. Notably, she played a pivotal role in the passage of bills benefiting and supporting migrant students within the Osseo School District.

In times of community need, Denise has demonstrated exceptional leadership. Following the tragic events surrounding George Floyd’s murder in Minnesota, she spearheaded impactful food drives, providing essential support to those affected. Her commitment extends to our senior citizens, guiding them through the complex process of applying for medical housing assistance.

Denise’s dedication extends beyond Task Force Inc. as she worked at AmeriCorps, serving as a House Navigator. In this role, she aids the immigrant community facing housing challenges, supporting them through the application process and connecting them with vital resources.

Her collaborative spirit is evident in the close partnerships forged with faith-based and Muslim communities. Denise recognizes the strength that unity and diversity bring to community building.

Task Force Inc., founded by Denise in 2019, embodies her vision — to provide essential resources, including food, PPE, and household goods, to families facing economic hardship. Under her dynamic leadership, Task Force Inc. has become a beacon of hope for those less fortunate, embodying the belief that every act of kindness makes a lasting impact.

Over 6 years of specific experience in servicing these communities and a decade of larger involvement in society are brought forward by our organization, which is directed by Denise Togbah.
